Etsy CHAT is advertised as available 24/7. I can't access it and Etsy HELP is not at all helpful.
Is there any way access is possible with a HUMAN to help resolve difficulties regarding adding tracking details AFTER confirming order is complete?
Any help will be very much appreciated.
24/7? Never heard of that one before. I have a chat box right in the lower right corner on my dashboard and they respond within a minute.
If you click around on the buttons on that order you will find "Add tracking".
Etsy support is pretty poor , even if you manage to get a reply you tend to get canned responses and have to keep digging through to I need more help . So it can take some time to get answers thats if you even get one . You may be better to just ask here

What happened to Chat button??? it is disappeared during conversation.....
@BluebellEnterprises: There is a limited window (three days I believe) to edit the tracking information after you have marked the order complete.
