Just giving a heads up if this happens to anyone else! I am updating my entire design for my business and need to reshoot a ton of photos. So I put my Shop on vacation mode to do all the work and when I reactivated it, "POOF! just like magic my Star Seller status is completely gone..." I was like wait a minute?!, I just put the Store on vacation, that is it... I have no problems/negative feedback, no bad listings, no returns, NOTHING, that would make my business disqualify. Has anyone had this happen?

We've double-checked the previous review period of your Star Seller and it appears that you didn't meet the requirement for Sales from July 1–September 30, 2022. As a result, the Star Seller badge wasn't received for October. We strongly recommend that you double-check the details of your previous review period. You can do so by going to Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > Last Review Period.
Please know that aside from the customer-related metrics, you must also meet a minimum of 5 orders and $300 in sales during the 3-month evaluation period to qualify for the Star Seller. More information can be found in this Help Article.

how long were you on vacation for?
I was only on vacation for a day or so... so crazy. I thought something might be wrong here so I had to post. Thanks for your reply.
@LoveandRelic Wow, I'm sorry that happened, and I can't explain it! That shouldn't happen. I was on vaca mode from last week until today, and it didn't affect my SS badges.
Did you just re-open now? Hopefully, it will update soon.
* And yes, you can deactivate any listings you wish - has nothing to do with the SS program.
