Etsy Ad stats says one of my pieces had an order??

Hi all. I was checking through my etsy ad stats earlier, and next to one of my paintings it said there was an order. However, this item is still listed for sale in my shop, and no sales confirmations came through on my dashboard. is this a glitch? or did someone buy it, then cancel? very confused, and want to make sure I did not miss a sale. thanks!

So bizarre. I looked up etsy transactions and there is not anything there.

Maybe someone purchased but their payment did not process, yet. I do not get emails anymore for payments stuck in processing.

If a customer clicks on an ad and then goes on to purchase another item in your store instead of the one advertised the stats show an order was made against the original ad as that’s what brought the customer to your store

you should be able to see what they went on to purchase on your stats

Did you copy a listing that had already previously sold and that detail stuck to it? Definitely weird, hope it sorts out for you. I can see how important it is for us to check stats! Best case is the order is still processing although we are usually told about that ahead of time.
