Salve, sono un venditore ( CuoricinoBaby ) e ho ricevuto dei messaggi da tre diverse persone che mi dicono che quando cercano di acquistare il sito chiede loro di inserire la mia mail ...e me la chiedono. E' un problema del sito o un imbroglio per ottenere la mia mail e contattarmi personalmente ??

Read this thread all the way through ... the scam is evolving quickly. In case you need it again, bookmark it. Etsy has pinned it to the 'manage your shop' forum section but sadly not anywhere else.

Had it an hour ago claiming that it was from Etsy Support and that the servers were down, needed my e-mail to confirm new possible orders. Also had it before with supposed "customers" that wanted to place orders but again needed the e-mail. Scam.

Salve il mi sono iscritto ieri ho avuto 5 email solo dove mi chiedevano la mia email per far subito l’acquisto senza trattativa.

come si fa a contattare l’assistenza ?

@ModerDaGabriele You don't need to contact support. You need to mark the messages as spam, and etsy looks into it.

In most instances, their accounts have already been deleted.
