I have the following message… last thing I did was upload a product about 3 hrs prior to this happening. I don’t use anything like VPN or anything out of the ordinary, just a sky hub for the internet and no special set up or anything. I can’t access anything on my laptop, iPad or hubbys computer. I can access the seller app from my phone but that’s it.

@ArtDollsbyJD nothing at all has changed, just keeps happening and it’s driving me insane. I respond on the blocked access page but I never get any response from Etsy. Just so annoyed with it now, I want to flick between listings, edit categories, general housekeeping but no…
I keep getting this issue as well, it makes me wonder how many buyers this is happening to. Extremely frustrating.
I've been getting this message on my tablet, as described in the original post, and only on Etsy's website, no other site.
After that message, another screen pops up to do a slide puzzle to gain access to Etsy.
It's like the CAPTCHA picture click test, but there's a puzzle piece to slide into place.
It's a big PITA, and I wonder, too, if buyers are getting this annoyance and just click out of Etsy.
I occassionally get a pop-up that says something about unusual traffic ... blah blah blah ... with instructions to contact something in the popup.
I Ctrl Alt Delete (I'm on a Windows computer) to get to my task manager where I can see the pop-up. I end it and it goes away and I can continue with whatever I was doing.
Some of those pop-ups are scam spam.
I have the same problem and I don't know what to do to fix it.
Can someone please help me
thanks
Yes just happened to me a couple of times but all seems to be ok now having done a re-start

has etsy been 'INFECTED" ???
If wonder how many browsers and buyers go and look elsewhere when running into this issue?
I found this info online, as I am still having an issue with having to verify on my tablet, when just viewing my Etsy shop, not signing in or anything.
Hi, I am having the same issue since yesterday. I tried everything, clear cookies, cache, restart computer, restart wifi, disable antivirus (on mac). I keep getting the error "access denied", even if I do correctly the antispam control picture, (also the voice version). It dissapear when I wait but when I make 5 clicks, the message is back. I sent a ticket yesterday so far without any reply. I have an etsy shop and have to access regularly my account, with this issue it is problematic.
Me too! This is incredibly concerning.
Ive tried countless troubleshooting steps. It sometimes works on an alternate browser, sometimes it does not.
please let me know if they reply to your ticket
I had that yesterday. Just unplugged my router for a few minutes, plugged it back in and no problem. I knew I hadn't done anything wrong so I figured it was just a bug.
following-just in case!
Its a bug, wait and it will go away or its caused by VPN, dont use it.
