Etay Seller App Can't Update

I have a droid phone and I got a message from Google app saying there was an update to Etsy Seller App so I tried to update it twice and got the messgae that it can't update??? I looked on my phone and I have have two Etsy sell apps. I am confused which one am I supposed to use. One is white and orange that says Sell on Etsy and the other one if a blue color that says Etsy Seller. Which one am I supposed to use?  My google Etsy Seller app said it has a new update yet it wont update keeps saying error. I had no issues updating 2 other different NON Etsy apps. Thanks.

The blue is the new one, the other is the old one. I believe the old one is obsolete now.

Yes, for sure delete the old orange and white one.  You could always delete the blue one, then go to the Google store and load the new one again, to be sure it's the latest version.  It's the Etsy Seller app.  (The old one was the "Sell on Etsy" app)

I just followed your advice and deleted the blue one as I had the same problem with it not updating - and now it won't re-install, so am without the app altogether!

Same problem but I have already deleted the app, now i get the same message when I try to d/l the new Etsy Seller app.

I did do everything that google suggested  including the advanced moves.

Same issue.  It said delete the old seller app so I did.    Now I have no Etsy seller app on my andrioid.  Can anyone help?

This may help. I have a Samsung A32 phone. After I made sure that I had enough space on the phone. I found that this phone keeps an extra copy of the apps on it. I searched the phone Apps and found the old Etsy app (orange and white), then deleted it and restarted the phone. The seller app then installed perfectly.

This worked for me on my droid:  You need to free up space. First clear browsing histories and caches.  Then from your list of apps uninstall any you are not using...in my case a lot of unused games.  Then restart your phone and try the new seller app download again.
