As I've said in the title, I'm unable to see any data under the 'Searches that led to this ad' section even though there have been 9 sales through ads for that particular product in the last 20-ish days.
This used to work just fine until about a week ago but isn't anymore.
Is anyone else facing this issue and do you happen to have a solution.
Thanks!

You are not alone. I am also experiencing the same issue but it only started a week or so ago for me. Despite trying all recommended troubleshooting steps, including clearing my cache and updating browsers and apps, the issue persists across different platforms. I have reached out to Etsy support but so far I have been provided with an unrelated solution, and a possible data feed delay which is ridiculous to say the least. They seem to able to see the data their end so they are struggling to understand the issue, and are therefore putting it down to user error, which just isn't the case. I will keep you posted on any development my end, however, in the meantime I strongly advice logging the problem with them. The more people raise the issue the more likely they are to take it seriously enough to do something about it.
I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful in my response but hopefully you get some comfort in knowing you aren't the only one.
All the best,
Sandy
P.S if you do manage to find a solution, please share
I tried a different browser and the searches were visible, so it looks like a browser issue.
Thanks.
The Ads search terms are only available after about the 15th of the month until the end of month.
When they are displayed the numbers on them don't match the numbers on the stats graph on the same page.
