My customer ordered twice and I'm combing the two. I created my label for the first and I'm unable to add for the 2nd. I keep getting an error that reads "The number you entered isn't a valid USPS tracking number". Then why did they assign it? LOL This always happens though, so I change Shipping Carrier to Other - USPS and now the error is "There was an error marking this order complete". Anyone else having this issue? I tried to get help on Etsy Chat last night, UGH what a nightmare.....they did nothing but submit a ticket.
If you shipped as a letter or flat then those are not USPS tracking numbers but numbers assigned by Pitney Bowes. You only get real tracking numbers by mail as a package.
