Hi, can someone please help me!! I’m trying to add a new listing. It’s handmade body butter. It keeps bouncing back saying it might be a violation to policy. I cannot figure out why it won’t post. Any suggestions? TIA
@Soapcreationscompany Reach out to chat support through your dashboard Shop Manager>Contact Us>Selling on Etsy> and see if they can tell you what the word(s) is that is preventing you from listing. P.S. You don't need BA as a production partner. They are just your supplier, not the maker of your products.
