Attempting to send a message to a customer when I hit "send" the message disappears and nothing is sent. Repeated 3x with same result. No message to the customer, nothing in my history showing I sent a message. Can't get this important message to my customer!
Now, 20 min later 2 of the messages have shown up as from me and the 3rd duplicate message is showing as if it came from my customer, but it came from me!!!

Etsy announced they were going to "Bundle Messages" to make it more streamlined & easier. So Sellers who are having problems do not know if this is a glitch of this new "improvement", or is working as intended. I have no idea.
Personally I've received one Message fr. someone who does not have a Shop (there were no issues; then again, they are not a Buyer).

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
I have seen some of Etsy's testing of their new messaging, but this wasn't it. This was 100% glitch. Someone on the back-end is messing with the code and screwing things up for everyone.
