error when trying to duplicate a listing for SEO testing. Support was not much help, tried clearing cache and using a different browser etc. No luck
Are you actually "duplicating" a listing? Not changing anything? You need to provide more information before we can really try to help you.
Hey GroundZero - I'm making minor changes to the Listing name / Tags, etc to test some variations.

Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.
My apologies!!! I should have clarified that. PC using Chrome and then Edge.
The error number varies but essentially it’s telling me I’m unable to copy the listing and to contact Support (which I have,,twice)
Oh… and Windows
I just tried to copy another listing and the error is "There was a problem saving your changes. Contact Etsy Support and make sure to include this error code in your message" Error code: EuWYVmQjHNdHsrLq94Xkook6E7e" The Error code number changes each time.
When I contacted Etsy they suggested the following (which I did), without success

• Please disconnect from any VPN connections on your device Turn off any ad-block extensions in your browser.
• Enable cookies for Etsy in your browser settings Clear cache from your browser System restart: Sign out of Etsy, fully close/quit your browser, restart your computer, and reboot your router or modem.
If you are using the Etsy Seller app, here are some troubleshooting tips you can try:
-Sign out of Etsy Seller app and force quit the app. To sign out, go to Account > Sign out.
-Then power down your device for a couple of minutes before turning it back on and returning to the app.
-Confirm you're using the most recent version of the app. If an update is available, please download and install it.
-Make sure your device is running the latest version of its operating system. If not, please update your device if you're able to do so.
-Finally, try deleting and reinstalling the Etsy seller app. It will also ensure you're using the most up-to-date version of Etsy seller app.

I would like to add that Amit was very helpful and really was invested in fixing it - but nothing has appeared to have changed.
