Error not including all messages for star seller

I was supposed to make the star seller badge this month, but the Etsy system did not include 11 messages on 5-30-23 & 5-31-23. The review period states it ended on 5-31-23. I don’t understand this. If that is true, why were my messages not included? I desperately need my star seller badge. Can someone please help?

The last two days of the month often miss getting counted. I don't rely on any transactions after the 28th to factor into SS.

I'm sorry. It sucks when you're trying hard to get it. Especially since, as I always suspected, Star Seller is turning out to be far more than a "silly purple star" as many are fond of saying. 

For me, it's always the odd domestic lettermail package or the local pickups I do that threaten my SS status every month.

They don't miss.  The program is designed that way for the last two days not to count for the next month.  They are present and will count for the following month.

Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalised for messages received late on the final day of the review period.

“may” be excluded

@GodessAcrylicsAnDips: New threads are not counted until AFTER the 24 hour reply window has closed regardless of when you replied. Also keep in mind that Star Seller stats are in UTC (not your local time zone) so what is May 31 to you may be June 1 to Etsy.
