I am upset that i didn't get the star seller badge when i have worked hard to get my sales out on time and the two that i didn't i had contacted the Buyer's to tell them  that they will be late due to stock levels and also  because of my illness with having a slip disc and in pain while trying to run my business full-time. My Dis batch  Time was at 94% now dropped to 92%  Why? All my orders recently have been sent on time.

You should have extended the shipping date.

It's hind sight now but have a plan when life hands you lemons.  Use vacation mode if injury is too much.  Extend shipping dates when needed.   Always remember that processing time is important.  If you can't make it, extend the time.  If you have too many times to extend, change the processing time.
