Error al enviar Mensaje: not a valid etsy user

Hola, yo soy nueva en Etsy, recien acabo de confirgurar mi tienda y subi un articulo en venta, el dia de ayer me sorprendio un mail de etsy diciendome que habia tenido una venta pero se cancelo porque mi mi cuenta no contaba con mi correo, pero eso es raro porque veo que todo esta conectado a mi correo, es mas mi usuario es mi correo. He intentado responder a ese mensaje desde la plataforma de etsy y me sale error. y cuando quiero enviar un mensaje desde mi tienda tambien me sale error. Hay alguien que pueda ayudarme?

That message was a SCAM. All real messages from etsy will be in the "from etsy" section of your inbox.

The reason you got the error message is because etsy already recognized the scam and deleted the account.

You are fine. Read up on all the scams going around so you are prepared.

pero tampoco puedo enviarme correos o mensajes desde mi tienda en etsy, me sale el mensaje Sending failed

ya entendi porque no me podia enviar mensajes, porque me lo estaba enviando yo misma a mi, ingrese a mi tienda con otro correo y si pude enviarme un mensaje... se nota que recien empiezo con etsy?? jajajajaja y si tenes razon, ese correo que me enviaron era un scam porque no estaba en enviados por etsy.

Yes, what you received was a scam. IF something is really from Etsy it will appear on your dashboard on the left under : messages>from Etsy
