I have had, for many weeks now and error message appeared after I put in my phone number to have Etsy call me. Its a downward small face and says try again later. I have posted this Tech help and to chat for assistance and nothing has happened.
Has this happened to anyone else and how did you fix it? In advance, Thanks

What format are you entering the number?
Does the number have to be specified in international format?

OP, don't enter any hyphens between the Area Code and number. Use a browser on a laptop or desktop computer.
I'm having the same problem, and there's nothing wrong with how I'm entering my phone. I'm entering all digits, nothing else. I've been getting the same error message for two days, and when I try to chat with customer service I'm getting NO response.
Specifically - "Hm, something went wrong. Refresh this page and try again." following a frowning face. Refreshing doesn't work. Chat isn't working. Can we please get some help on this? I can't effectively sell anything if I can't speak with customer support about issues.
Etsy may not be allowing this page to be used any longer or they are redoing it? I have it bookmarked and I have null written all over it. It won't allow a number to be entered.
I would use the support button found on any article or go into Help Contact us and use any close to subject. Send an email with a phone number to call you.
Thanks for your reply! I'm still a little confused. Going through the help center only gives me two options - request a call by entering my number, or chatting. The chat isn't working either; I'm sending message after message with no reply, no automated response, nothing. I haven't found an email address to contact at all. Do you know what address could reached to solve this issue? Thanks so much.
