This has been working well recently, but it has stopped working in the last couple of days.
In the "Completed" tab of the "Orders and Delivery" screen on the etsy website it is possible to click on an order and see its tracking status within etsy. I am using Royal Mail for tracking. This feature of the etsy site has been working fine for a long time now (it has not always worked in the past). When it is working properly, I see the latest Royal Mail tracking info within the etsy site. But this feature stopped working a couple of days ago, so I am not seeing the latest tracking info from Royal Mail within the etsy site. I get more up to date info by clicking on the tracking and being taken to Royal Mail tracking site. So for example, for one package I might see "accepted at parcelshop" on etsy but I should really be seeing "delivered".
I am assuming this part of the forums really is for reporting bugs to etsy, so: Please fix if you can.
