Erreur calcul compte vendeur

Bonjour,

Sur mon compte, mon taux de réponse est de 95% hors un client m’a envoyé 2 messages en même temps pour le même sujet, j’ai donc répondu qu’à un seul des messages et je suis passée de 100% à 95%
! Je ne trouve pas ca normal … comment modifier cela ?

The Star Seller metric is that the FIRST message of a EVERY NEW thread must be replied to (or marked as SPAM) within 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate or blank or anything else.
