Custom Listing Shipping Fee - Need Help ASAP As I Can't Change or Edit

Trying to create a custom listing.  I have a customer that needs a special quantity of cupcake liners.  Due to my listings feature not working I've had copy to alter every listing as I have in the last 5 months.  My problem is that I need to also change the shipping fees and can't find anyway to do so.  If I use CHANGE I can create a new profile however the shipping profiles will NOT scroll down so I can access new shipping fee. If I try to use EDIT...not only do I have the same problem but it will also change all 270 other cupcake liners shipping fees until that item sells.  Anyone know how to get around this as I've spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out.

OP, I just use a generic photograph and state "Reserved for Customer's First Name" and make a new listing. It will then let you add whatever shipping you need.

Have you tried to create a new custom shipping profile outside of the listing? Under the Settings > Shipping Settings.

Do you know what the shipping cost will be? You can add it into the item price and do free shipping on the listing.

If you're trying to do this through Private Listing, forget it. What a useless tool. Just make a regular listing "reserved" in the title. Someone else might want something similar and you spend the 20c either way.

That was one of the first things I tried.  I located a listing that was slightly higher that the fee I quoted her and will refund difference after I process order. Just wiped the listing clean and posted new information and kept shipping rates.

That's not the problem.  I can't access my shipping rates as they won't scroll down.  I did however find a listing that was slightly over the shipping fee and changed all the information out.  I will refund her the difference when I process the order.  Since I also can't delete or edit this as well; I NO longer need anymore help.  Thank you
