EIN Issue

I have been trying for a few weeks now to open up a shop with Etsy. I keep getting an error that my EIN doesn't match my taxpayer information, and I get an error when trying to submit it. I've contacted Etsy support and they keep giving me the runaround saying I need to resubmit my EIN. I know I need to submit my EIN, the issue is that the verification keeps giving me an error that it doesn't match. 

I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, deleting all browsing history, logging entirely out of Etsy, switching over to a personal account and then trying to change it to LLC and reenter the information - nothing seems to work.

The exact error is "The name and Tax ID provided does not match the IRS records. Please ensure you enter the correct name associated with your Tax ID provided.
