I listed a new item 3 days ago and it does not show up on my Erank account. It does however, show up in my Etsy shop. Can someone tell me why this is or how to fix it? Thanks

@FernPlantFactoryArt   erank is not affiliated with etsy.  You would have to ask erank.  erank telling anyone they are in the top 1% is also bogus.  They do not have access to etsy's numbers.  erank is good for tag suggestions, catching spelling errors, that's about it.

To see them you need to refresh data , find this button on Erank

eRank is lagging behind in several criteria ... I would never rely on a 3rd party website/app for anything related to my Etsy listings / sales!

Erank is not a good source of information, I wouldn’t rely on that website to run my business
