This has happened to me twice now. According to whoever or whatever tracks stats, according to the Etsy spreadsheet that tracks message replays I missed replying to 1 message out of 16 thus falling to 94% replay rate and losing my star seller badge for next month. When I look up that same message in Shop manager, it shows the exact same question asked and answered on the same day June 2. I know for a fact I answer any question I get immediately. There is something wrong with whoever or whatever is tracking start seller statistics.
Who do I contact to get this fixed??
Good luck with getting anything fixed with star seller. I even tried chat and the rep told me they have no ability to change/correct anything with star seller. The lady admitted she could see it was a glitch!

I always answer within minutes or at most a few hours. Etsy still has me marked as needing to improve my response rate. There is the odd time when I answer after 8 or more hours -- I can't answer when I'm asleep!
I called support and the woman recommended that I put my messages on auto-response and that would solve it. She was wrong.
