Entering a new listing

I am having problems with entering "core details".....is it a physical item and who made.....I have entered both physical item and I made it ...but when I try to apply or enter it won't apply....I have filled out all the other details...that is the only section that will not work....I have tried everything....anyone know what the problem is????? TIA

Lots of sellers are encountering this problem and help has said that Etsy knows about it.

I recommend using the duplicate feature and changing anything that needs changing as it doesn't look like they are getting anywhere near to fixing this.

It’s a problem that has been reported and supposedly “engineering” is looking into it. In the meantime, to work around this, copy another similar listing ( or a sold item) and edit it.

Yes I am having the same problem. It’s been happening for a few days now. Still not resolved . I am loosening sales as I can’t list any items . It’s ridiculous . Etsy sort the problem out please
