Dear Etsy Support,
We edit our listings exclusively on a laptop using Safari, not the Seller app. Despite this, even minor edits, like changing a single word in the description, cause the global price to reset to match the domestic price.
The only advice we've received so far is to follow the workaround steps, but no one has explained why this issue is happening. Etsy also advised against editing in the Seller app, yet we only edit on a laptop, and the issue persists.
This bug forces sellers to take unnecessary steps for every edit:
- Edit the listing and save.
- Edit again, disable global pricing, and save.
- Edit once more, re-enable global pricing, and save.
This problem has persisted for months and is a major time-waster. Please provide a clear explanation and a timeline for when this will be fixed.
