For two days when I try to purchase labels on my desktop version of Etsy every item says "additional info required" on the left of the screen. For some reason the weight and size of the package are not showing up and I have to enter them manually. I can however use the mobile app but of course that's not convenient for multiple orders. This has never happened to me before. Any advice?
