Emengency! Please help.

Etsy requires me to provide personal ID, like driver license or passport.

But it requires name of it is our company name. We couldnot provide a personal

ID which is company name.

Now our shop is put on vacation for a while, we can make many sale during this time.

We have contacted Etsy support many times, however no answer till now.

Really need help.

Anyone who know how to solve this problem, please help us.

Other people have successfully uploaded personal ID along with documents showing they own the business, and that has been enough, as long as everything else adds up.

Yes, Etsy should change the wording on the page, as it is confusing far too many.

You sure have some document stating you own / are / work for your company?
