For over a month, shop emails have been going to an email address that has never been associated with my shop (and that I don't have access to). I have raised multiple tickets with no response or resolution from Etsy - and the help center just keeps reloading when I click "contact Etsy support." How can I get ahold of someone who will actually help resolve this security concern?
Sounds like you have been hacked, have you check that all your other details in your shop are correct and have not been changed?
Yes - it is a mixup on Etsy's backend (they confirmed this, but have been unable to fix). Just not sure what next steps are since they have stopped replying, and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and was able to successfully resolve it in the past.
Have you tried requesting a call back? it does not seem to work for everyone but worth a try
