ETSY ORDERS MARKED COMPLETED BUT NOT DELIVERED.

I have more than 10 orders that were delivered; but etsy has not marked them as delivered. 

When I filter through 'completed' orders all the orders that were delivered show up.

But when I filter through 'delivered' orders only 2 of my orders that were delivered show up. 

Anyone else have this issue?

You have no sales in this shop.  Are you referring to another shop?

You will have to contact Etsy with the order number, tracking number and the link to the tracking page to show the parcel has been delivered. With this information they will manually fix it for you. This has been happening for at least 4 years even when reviews are left it remains in transit
