Hi!
I've read similar threads where many of you can't reach/get an answer from the Etsy support chat. I am in this position too. Kind souls shared a link to a callback service - problem for me is that I'm not in one of the countries where that's available. I have tried from desktop, mobile, loging in/out etc.
Hence - does anyone have an email adress for support errands?
This would be greatly appreciated!

Etsy does not publish an email anywhere.
Contact Etsy through your shop manager page > Help > contact us.
Thank you for your reply. That is what I am doing, witout success - in the chat, they don’t answer. It’s some sort of bug that has been discussed in other threads. My additional issue is that I can’t request a callback (that was the answer to that thread), since it’s not available in my country.
