Edit listings not working

Hello does anyone know how to contact Etsy when editing listings isn’t working. Two days now. Thanks

Etsy Support is slow and they often don't understand the problem - they use pre-written scripts and don't have the access required to fully investigate and debug the problem.

What are you trying to do? Describe the process step-by-step, what do you think should be happening and how is it going wrong?

What device are you using? (App or website)

Are you bulk editing?

Often it won't do it if you forgot to fill something in. If that is the case, the thing that is missing willl be highlighted with red text, but not always. Or sometimes, just try to submit it a second time and it will work on the 2nd try. Or delete your Etsy cookies (you will have to login again) and open the page in a different browser and start again. (You will lose your current input.) If you are using an app, try it with a browser instead.
