Can't rearrange front page of shop.

I have so many glitch issues with Etsy one of them being I can't rearrange the front page of my shop. I've deleted cookies, history, tried different browsers nothing seems to work. This has been going on for quite some time now and is very frustrating. Any ideas?

I don't know what device you are using but I have found I cannot rearrange my shop on my tablet, I can only do it on my PC and its been that way for months and months

I have just seen this advise in another post and tried it and it worked for me so try this

Instead of using the edit button on your shop home page, go to shop manager and click the pencil icon by your shop name under sales channels. I always have rearrange access when I edit that way.
