ETSY seller app is not loading...

My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.

I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?

The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

Same issue for me iPhone - I believe there may be an issue with order notifications too but can’t verify as I can’t access the app

Have some issue, on Android. Started last night (Thursday) and continuing today. Fine on pad and laptop.

Had the same problem with an iphone. Just removed the app and re-installed. Seems to have fixed it.

Same, "try again" error message since Thursday morning.  Frequent tech problems with a major online business like Etsy should not be a usual occurrence, but its my third year here and I can confidently say this is absolutely a part of the seller experience here - and it is not like this on other platforms.

IPhone user here. There appears to have been an update overnight. I installed it and the issue persists.

I'm logged in on Safari on my phone and it works, as does my desktop browser.

Those affected should try logging out and then logging back in; this may resolve the issue. If that does not work, uninstall/delete the app, reinstall it, and that should work; that is how I and other sellers have done it.

@WTFtumblers  Reading following posts below, one seller said it took two uninstalls/reinstalls and is working for them again. Give it a try again.

Yes, that is how I did it today. Dusted off my laptop signed in they sent me a code. Once I did that, checked my phone and bingo it worked. Did not have to uninstall/reinstall the app on my phone. Just happy it is working!! hope it stays that way.

*UPDATE! I Uninstalled and reinstalled the App twice and it seems to be working for now...

I deleted the app and reinstalled. Re logged into account and it’s ok.  I haven’t read all these pages of posts but it seems like a simple fix.  Too bad Etsy doesn’t announce the fix for their sellers.  Too busy changing dot colors.
