My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.
I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?
The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

I’ve been having the same issue for days. (iPhone). There was a post Wednesday about the same thing and Etsy commented it was back up, but it never resolved for me.

Yes! I’m having the exact same issue with the app on my iPhone! Found this board because I can’t find anything for Etsy support to contact them. 🤦🏼
@HollysCollageCorner We should not have to do that. They should have done more testing before launching a new version of the app.

Of course they can make purchases. It is a problem with the seller's app, not the orange buyer's app.
A lot of these comments are from Wednesday. App as been down since last night for me. Android phone.
Still not working for me either. I have android and rely on the app to reply to messages and update listings. This is so disappointing!
Den dritten Tag erscheint auf meinem iPhone diese Meldung "Beim Laden deines Dashboards ist ein Problem aufgetreten. Falls dies weiterhin passiert, kontaktiere Etsy Support. Das Problem liegt bei Etsy und nicht bei meinem iPhone, es wäre schön, wenn dies wieder behoben werden könnte. Ich kann im Augenblick keinerlei Spezialanfertigungen erstellen, da dies auf meinem PC nicht möglich ist. Warum auch immer, Seite lässt sich nicht öffnen.
Also wann kann man Etsy auf seinem iPhone als Verkäufer wieder öffnen?

This problem has been ongoing for several days, affecting mostly apple devices.
Deleting the app and reinstalling the app has worked for some people. If not, you will have to log into your account via a browser until it is fixed

I am having this issue as well. as of 8/13/25 the app on iphone wont load data on homepage, messages, orders, and listings
I just fixed mine on my iPad. I logged out of the app and then logged back in. It's working now. Have not tried on my phone.

@HandmadebyTannilein: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? There are many recent posts in this forum about this, particularly for people using the app on an Apple operating system. I’m using my iPhone and have never had any issues until last night. It says there was a problem loading your dashboard. If this keeps happening contact Etsy support. I’ve cleared everything and updated. What else do I need to do??
