ETSY seller app is not loading...

My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.

I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?

The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

Same! And I don't have a computer and I can't get the desktop site on my phone, it just automatically opens the app

I had the same problem.  This morning I deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPhone and now it’s working again.

I had same issue...would not let me log in on my iphone...ive deleted the app then re installed it & it lets me sign back in now.

Having same issue; this is the 2nd day. Can’t access dashboard on my iPhone. Most importantly I cannot print shipping labels for orders that need to be shipped. When will this issue be resolved?

I had this problem last night and this morning -  Seller app was not working on my iphone

I just deleted the app from my phone and then added it back - it's working now.

I’m using iPhone and the issue with the Seller app is still going on. I can’t access the Messages, Listings, or Orders tabs. The app released an update today, I updated it and restarted my phone, but it didn’t help. When will this be fixed?

I am having same issue with iphone. My problem overalll is, I can't repo d to messages, I am out of town, no laptop with me, and I will lose Star seller status cuz I can't load dashboard for messages.

Maybe you can get to a library to use a public computer? Or if you have a friend who can log in for you and check your information?

For those of you still having problems, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and once I had signed back in it worked again. I know this hasn’t worked for everyone as a fix but worth a try if you haven’t already.

So over these problems.  Etsy support is non existent.  It needs fixed.  Investigation is ongoing it appears.

Yes.  We are having the same issue. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.
