My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.
I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?
The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

Me too and I can’t open it on my IPhone. It just stopped working tonight. I’m up to date with the app.
Yup, I can't get into my Dashboard or anything using the App. I updated the App and still nothing. I can't check Notifications, Messages, etc. Nothing is working. I have to use my Laptop just to check everything, which isn't convenient. This issue started last night.

Seems to be predominantly users using Apple device.. @LaPellerineVintage are you sure your android phone does not identify as an Iphone?
No issues using Samsung.
You're very fortunate. I'm having issues for a few days now. I also have Samsung! Not sure what is going on. Second time this has happened and can't remember how it got fixed. Maybe it was clear cashe friend helped.

I have a Samsung. I had the same problem. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The problem was solved.

My seller app on the iphone came right up. I had to check because I do 99% of my stuff on a PC.
I too am experiencing this issue. Computer is fine. Mobil app is not. Most inconvenient.
Just checked, and the same here, on Android, with a Sony Xperia 10 III
It was OK a couple of days ago, but I haven't used it since then. The buyer (orange) app appears to be unaffected.
