My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.
I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?
The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

I deleted and reinstalled the app, it works.
Same here. Seller app on android loads but pages all give error message. I cleared the cache and that did nothing. Finally deleted the app and reinstalled it and it works perfectly again.
Will not work on my iPhone or iPad. Very frustrating
This is also happening to me, haven’t been able to check or upload my latest listing today because of it. Good to know it’s working on computers still. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

Same here. Frustrating that its been down for almost 24hrs.
If we need to delete the app and reinstall I wish Etsy would tell us this!! The app logged out one of my stores and won't let me log back in so I am nervous about deleting the app altogether and not being able to see either store. Why is it affecting some but not others? This is a pretty big hiccup.

UPDATE- I bite the bullet and deleted app, reinstalled and everything is now working. Thank you to the sellers who tried this first and reported on it. You were infinitely more helpful than Etsy has been.

For those who have not read the replies to see the solution, delete/uninstall the (blue) seller app, then reinstall it. This has worked, myself included, for those affected by the issue.
Nope done that. However dont recieve any security code to log back in.
My email address is correct. My password is correct. I check Spam as well.
Currently I dont even have an app I can log into!!
@DuncsVintageBygones Your issue is unrelated to this. It involves not receiving the 2FA or security code. You should consider starting a post or thread to request help, or preferably, contact Etsy support directly.

Have you deleted/uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it? My post above yours states that it has worked for others affected by the issue, myself included.
So have deleted and reinstalled, however I am not receiving the security code via my email.. Email is correct. Have done a test email to myself. Am receiving other emails. This is frustrating. Etsy absolutely no help. So anyone else that has deleted and reinstalled still stuck waiting for the security code?? And yes I am checking spam folder too

Same for us. Both our stores are down with one not even showing anymore on the switch accounts selection
We followed suit. Thank you all. Deleted app and reloaded. Everything is up and running again.
