ETSY first suspended my store, then opened it and put it in holiday mode.

Hello, I earn all my income from etsy! and I am an active souvenir seller! First they removed my products with a fake intellectual property and Etsy found me right and gave me their products back, then my shop was suspended and Etsy sent a message saying it was a mistake! The next day they drove my shop on holiday processing and when I emailed them they said I had overdue orders and they would open it where they could, but all my average ratings are high and I am usually a 5 star seller! There is nothing wrong with my store and I do this job really professionally. All my orders have been returned to my customers and my customers are starting to think I'm a scammer, I didn't deserve that

Also they don't answer any of my emails anymore and I don't know what to do.

What's a fake intellectual property?  Your sold items all contain the IP of others.

They uploaded my own products to a website and gave me intellectual property, which I already proved was my design.

We must have a very different idea of what constitutes as a souvenir. 

From what we can see in the reviews, there were numerous issues with actual IP, not fake issues.

Some are right in the listing, like naming Disneyland. 

Some are in the review photos using TM'd words (yes, you can still get in trouble for this), like 'Wifey'. 

I don't know the real reason they shut you down, but if they do let you open back up, I highly recommend learning about IP so that you can clean up your shop going forward.

Hello, I have not been selling copyrighted products for about a year and there is no problem with that. They uploaded the product of my own design to a fake Shopify store and violated it, that is the issue I am talking about.

Then make sure that you provide Etsy with proof of the steps you took to protect your copyright(s) [i.e. copies of DMCA take downs] and trademark(s). The reality of the way these various laws are written that the owner has to be proactive to protect them.

etsy does not decide who is right.

and who is wrong.

you were able to put the items back up.

because whomever complained.

did not sue you.

you truly need to read how DMCAs work.

and about intellectual property laws.

And they really need to learn the difference between copyright and trademark. They state, "I have not been selling copyrighted products", when really the issues I see would be considered TM infringement.
