Having problems with the new listing form. Was fine few days back but now has just taken over hour to do one listing. 1 st problem photo ,main photo, something has changed no matter how hard l try l cannot get good 1 st listing photo it cuts off. Then go to edit and system will not crop. You have scrapped photo save changes click live and look and it's saved changes so cropping not working properly. Postage again now playing up. Add postage courier etc ,normally fine today not red writing please fill out complete when already had been done. Then it's back to the very beginning. I'm not a fan of this format for one very slow to load up but l was getting the hang of it but now it's a nightmare. Need to list and is very big problem. Now running out of time again to list .

"1 st listing photo it cuts off" - Thumbnail images are square (for now), so make sure you upload such square images (at least 2000px) and don't have to rely on the crop tool. 

I would also suggest to write all the text parts of your listings (title, description, tags) elsewhere (Word, Notepad or whatever you prefer), then just copy/paste to your Etsy listing form. It often saves time and sanity.

Their is serious problem with listing. Was working now it's taken another hour same problem. Was working ok. It is not cropping photos . Nothing has changed regarding my monitor . System is not cropping photos ,only 3 then leaves the others in terrible state. I've just had to start from scratch all over again 5 times to do another listing. Cannot copy paste etc system is not designed for that. We have cropping tools to use and this listing form is not working needs sorting asp. Any teqnical teams out their to sort this glitch out please? I need to list this is a very big problem. Where is the old form ?

@Teresasvintageempori  Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the New Listing Form. An hour to do one listing is dreadful. You asked where the Old Listing Form was. Unfortunately, Etsy got rid of it. Prior to, we were able to switch back to the Old Form, but no longer. Did you by chance try another browser?

I haven't got one . It's my browser luv. My listings are fine other sites it's this new listing format that has got serious glitches. I had been getting on quite well with new listing form apart from very slow load up on photos. But now impossible to get 1st photo correct in box was perfect before. And you crop your photos all saved looks perfect as much as we can publish then check shop and it's shock horror lots of photos not cropped a complete mess. So you go in edit them and l must say l haven't had issues with editing photos on new form yet but every time you edit save looks good you think job done. Publish look again and no it ridiculous enough to put any one buying. We given cropping for good reason. Postage section was playing up too. It's now gone 6 o'clock and only 2 listings done. I've cut back on my listings as such process this new form but this is unacceptable workable.

Oh and as lm typing it's like ai or something has taken over like predicted text although l always by pass that because it always comes out rong . Hence mistakes in message above.
