ETSY ads - Incorrect Today/Yesterday values

Hello,

Anyone of you facing this issue? I just notice that etsy ads started showing up wrong values if I select today or yesterday

For example now for yesterday I see 97 $ spend, but there was 38$ showing up the whole day.. I was charged on bill for 38 $ and also graph is showing up 38$.. even if I choose custom and yesterday's date I see 38$

Same for today.. if I select today I can see 63$ however graph is showing up 30$ If I open advertised listings detail and count all spend clicks it's 30$ 

So it seems like if I select today/yesterday it shows up wrong values..

Can anyone please check it?

Same here, stats are totally off. Maybe they are adding the off-side ad costs?

Exactly the same issue with ads in my shop. First, I thought I am too tired and can’t compare two numbers.

Exactly the same problem for January 8-9! I wrote to the chat, and then to the mail Etsy Support - so far no results and no solution to this situation!

So this is on going problem and Etsy does not mentioning anything about it. I turned off the ad and turned back on at 12:30 am EST. The dashboard is saying that I've already spent $2 something. I spent more than $2 in less than a second. Which never happened before and it's really impossible considering what I sell.

I'm guessing that the dashboard is not showing things correctly.

Etsy, If there's a tech issue, please let us know right away .

Same here;

My budget is $5, and for yesterday Ads shows me that I used over $13;

today is already $5, so the budget for today is already used [supposedly there are 29 clicks, and the graph shows 2 clicks];

Mir das heute ebenfalls aufgefallen. Es werden von Etsy mehr Klicks angezeigt und verrechnet als was ich bei meiner Überprüfung sehe.

Same problem for me today showing that I have spent double budget, I thought it was a glitch and either showing US time or last 24 hours but I guess some of you guys will be in the USA so now I am stumped

There's definitely an issue going on, this was from yesterday. I haven't seen Etsy announce anything acknowledging it, or a fix, yet.

Same here, and every day my stats disappears in the evening and shows all 0's.  Does anyone have that problem.

Our shop is also having this issue where the daily spend is not adding up to actual clicks (for yesterday and today)

Issue remains unresolved again today - my ads are showing triple spend of what we actually spent (at 10:30 this morning) - we have contacted Etsy support  = waiting to hear back

It's been 2 weeks, still not resolved.

- Today stats are wrong

- Yesterday stats are wrong

- Custom daily range is also wrong

- Screenshots have been send.

Impossible to manager our Ads so far
