Hello, my store currently has an active star seller badge. But it looks like I will unfairly lose my badge in February. Let me explain the situation to you; I always ship my orders on time (within the processing time) and correctly. However, this month I am experiencing an error that I think is caused by ETSY data. My missing processing time score has been decreasing continuously since December 22, 2024. When I examine the Excel file sent by Etsy, I see that it is incorrect. Because I shipped my orders regularly on the specified dates.
I think this problem is caused by ETSY data. My Star Seller will be lost due to ETSY's mistake. I request an urgent manual correction. Below I present you the evidence that I shipped within the processing time and with the correct tracking number. In the e-mail sent to me by the support team, it says that tracking numbers are missing, but this is not true, all my orders have tracking numbers. And in the document it says 0 orders missing tracking info.
Additionally, another support team acknowledged that the issue was caused by ETSY and said that the engineering team was working on a fix. But the problem is not fixed. I am attaching the proof of all with screenshots.
I love selling on ETSY. And I always get nice comments. I also think my Star Seller badge increases my sales. Please don't let me lose for something that isn't my fault.

You have to log a call with etsy support, for them to do anything
This is really a sad one and it happened to me once early in the SSB days.
You CANNOT publish a listing without the processing date.
The system simply will not let you publish a new listing if the processing date is not entered.
This is an Etsy issue and should be solved as it is completely out of the sellers control.
@FloorCushionCO: This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time. I don't believe that the underlying data has ever been corrected for anyone experiencing this issue.
"Please don't let me lose for something that isn't my fault." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Even though I contacted Etsy support team many times, they always say that there is no time frame in which the problem will be fixed. From what I've read on the forum, it's a problem that's been going on for years. It's a shame to lose your star seller badge for such a reason!
