To have a set shop set up as USA, you need
USA bank account, USA ID with USA address, and USA tax or ssn number
you will then be paid to your USA bank account in dollars, and your 1099K sent to the USA government, for them to make sure you do tax returns ( thresholds vary per state, some are just $600 gross in a year)

To have a shop set up in the UK, you need
UK ID and address, UK bank account
you will then be paid in £, to your UK bank account,
By the end of the year, as Platforms have to provide revenue information to HMRC soon, we will probably be asked for our UTR (tax ref number) for yearly gross sales over £1700, or more than 30 sales( That's OR, not AND), so the UK government can check we are doing our taxes.
