Duplicate messages from customers and marked as a reply but counted as no reply.

Although I reply to messages immediately, it is not possible to get a speed reply badge. My ranking is dropping month by month. I have multiple return cases processed immediately. It seems that these badges are useless because they are only annoying. Does anyone have a way to reverse this or can they forget about these badges?

You are able to download your stats to see where the issue is. If you receive duplicate messages put them in spam if they do not require a reply
