Regarding star seller policy, minimum order criteria is 3 i have 6 orders completed and met all the criteria, what is the reason not being able to switch to star seller ?

The criteria for the May SS is based on February, March and April.  You've made 6 sales so far, but how many of them were within those 3 months?  You have reviews for three of those sales and they are from Sept and Nov.  Any sales prior to February are not counted.  The minimum number of sales you'd need for May's star is 5.

Star seller is awarded at the first of each month so you will not see the star until then. Also, the minimum order is 5.  Criteria is a rolling three months so this period is Feb, Mar and April.
