Anyone else having trouble downloading zip files? It won't work through the mobile app or my laptop.
Don't use the app. Use a browser.
I know you can't download from the app. I don't have trouble downloading anything on my laptop.
Check to see if your PDF opener, Microsoft or Adobe, is up to date. Check for no corruption? Also are you unzipping the files?
The app doesn't do well. It's an android product so you need an opener that works with android products.
