My articles aren’t available and publicity doesn’t work

Mes articles dans ma boutique sont tous indisponibles et cela fait quelques jours que ma publicité ne fonctionne plus du tout… je précise que mes articles sont bien en « actif »… de même pour ma publicité…

suis je la seule ?

I just checked- it looks like your shop is not indexed so you will need to contact Etsy and ask them to index it.

Yes, @sharonjenkins1  is correct. At first glance it appears that your shop is not indexed for search, however there may be something else going on. When I click on any listing, I get a message saying 'sorry, this item is unavailable'. I think we normally only see this when a listing has been deactivated.

Did you put your shop on vacation recently? Maybe it has not fully reactivated. You could try turning on vacation mode again briefly and then turn it off again and see if that resets all your listings correctly.

Otherwise you will need to contact Etsy support using the links in the shop manager:

Community & Help > Etsy Help > Contact Etsy Support (at the bottom of the webpage)

Also, you can write in French only on the forums if you like. Users who have their language profile set to US English can use the translation function.

i resolve my problem. I deactivated all my articles and I close Etsy link and I open and activated all and it works !!
