We typically download our order details through the download section in the settings to process our orders. Normally the download pops up right away, but now it is saying it will email us the download when it is ready. Its been over an hour, attempted multiple times and still no email. Is anyone else having this issue/have any solutions?
EDIT: Problem solved, the email was coming through under a "Payment" subject line.

Was the csv you downloaded in the proper format? Since January and this new email download my format is wrong? Not excel or numbers?
