Domestic and Global Pricing

I am based in UK, new seller with one published listing so far, POD linked with Teemill.  Is someone in Etsy IT team actually reading this to fix the problem or is this just a chat forum?  Sellers should not have to think of work arounds, it should of been fixed when the problem first arose 2 years ago.  Etsy's instructions on setting up delivery's state that you can set up domestic and global pricing, I can set it up but the next day the listing has changed to 'No' and has reverted to just showing the 'everywhere else' cost in variations.  Some other people have said its reverting to Domestic pricing. In shop manager in listings, when you look at the listing it shows UK 33, everywhere else 37, but when you open the listing to edit it, Domestic and Global Pricing has reverted to No.    I have followed Etsy's instructions on clearing cache, deleting cookies, trying a different browser, removing all add on's/extensions, but its still happening.  People have reported sending in screen shots as evidence but how do I do this in a chat forum?  I cant see any other way to report this.  The 'contact support' button just takes you to the help menu.  The 'report a technical issue' brings you to this chat forum.   Could someone please tell me how to contact Etsy directly.  I use Chrome on a high spec desktop PC, I have delivery's set up as free delivery, with a higher cost for everywhere else to allow for the increased delivery cost to non UK customers.  I have upgrades set up so buyers can purchase faster delivery or tracked and signed.  In the listing preview postage cost, for UK the cost shows '-' with no cost showing on any option.  When I select US or EU and select any option, the costs are showing, so it seems the problem may be related to this, its not logging the Domestic delivery costs set up which is somehow removing the 'prices in the UK' under variations.  Does anyone else have this problem where its removing Domestic pricing?  Any suggestions?

Re: Domestic and Global Pricing

it's been ongoing for about 2 years, don't expect a fix any time soon.

I would just charge whatever the shipping is.

free shipping to USA is vastly overrated, I charge nearly as much as my item, and still get a good number of sales.

Re: Domestic and Global Pricing

I've been having to swallow the expense of shipping to the US (and elsewhere) because randomly the domestic and global prices change to the lower domestic price.

Etsy advise me to do a range of things, which I do but just when I think it's all sorted another sale pops up at the lower price, surely the CEO of Etsy can't know what's going on because no official statement is addressing this issue.

Rif.: Domestic and Global Pricing

Hi me too but many have the same problem, that is 2 prices national and international but only the international price is displayed, and this is because I selected free shipping.

Allow me (if it is allowed) to ask a question too, which may be useful.

If I remove free shipping, and therefore have only one price with different relative expenses for the various countries, does this affect the SEO?

Re: Domestic and Global Pricing

I use the domestic and global shipping price option but have now been advised that I may have had an issue due to me offering guaranteed free shipping to the US, so I removed it.

However, I then went to use the incognito option in my Google Chrome and looked at my shop, I chose the US as my country but kept GBP...I found using that option it highlighted those listings which, for whatever reason had again changed!!!!

I'm not a computer engineer but Etsy need to get a grip because it's cost me hundreds if not possibly a thousand or two over the year!
