Etsy deactivated my listing in error and I didn't get an email

I listed an item this morning that was immediately deactivated by Etsy.  I did not receive an email as to why (yes I checked my spam).  It is a photograph that I took of a public monument, of which there are other similar listings.  It was obviously removed in error for some reason.  I emailed them using the appropriate drop downs and all I get is a generic response that 'here is our policy' and 'we can't do anything else.'  So...that's just it?  Etsy does something, they don't tell you why, when you ask for help, it's a 'too bad' response, and they keep my listing fee?  I've tried to find a link to request a call back, but I cannot.  Any suggestions?

If it was automatic, it was most likely some of the words you used. What was the photo of? What country is that monument in?

If it went down immediately, it's probably a word

Cuba, Havana, Russia ?????

Well, weirdly, a few hours later it was back up.  But i appreciate the word suggestion.  It was a photograph of the "90 miles to cuba' buoy in Key West...not sure what would have been weird about that, but problem was solved somehow.  Thank you for your help!

It was the "Cuba" word,

once a person looked at it, it was put back up

The OPs issue was use of a sanctioned country name. If that is not your issue you need to start a new thread. If it is your issue, the only fix is not using a sanctioned country name/words. They are bot removed.
