Does Etsy Delete Cancelled Orders?

Somebody purchased an item and immediately contacted me to cancel the order as they did not intend to buy it, just clicked on the listing to read the description. I canceled the order. Etsy refunded 20 cents for the listing fee. I wanted to renew the listing but it's gone (deleted?). The Renew the Listing button tells me to make changes to the listing. When I click on the listing link, there's an error message: "Uh oh! Sorry, the page you were looking for was not found." Did it happen to somebody else?

I'm sorry but it has gone.  You need to relist it before cancelling.

This is not accurate. The Listing will still be in "Sold" Folder. As the "New" listing form has issues with Renew / Sold, the "workaround is to access it through the Shop Manager > Sold (or Inactive) Folder and Renew from there.

Try to go in your listings tab and choose 'Sold out' on the right, you should be able to see the item there if it's sold out. The cancelled orders go in the completed tab from the Orders and shipping, you can also see it there.
