Hey everyone!
I've noticed recently that when an order comes through, the dispatch time on the app will quote one date (example: dispatch by tomorrow, or 5 July 2023), and if I go to the desktop version it will be a day ahead (example: dispatch today, 4 July 2023) or vice versa.
I have a 1-3 processing day and my items are made to order, so I've been working hard to get everything out on time - but when I see there are different dispatch times I wonder which one is correct...
Note: I live in Australia, so I'm technically some time ahead of UK/US. Could this be a problem at all, or is it a bug?
Both desktop & app are saying dispatch tomorrow for today's, maybe it could be because of different time zones?
I reckon so!
It just puts me out of whack because I think I have a bit of extra time to do something/I'm completely on schedule, then computer says no...
@InTheDustApparel: There are quite a few reports in this forum about your issue and others involving time zone conversions. Do the app and your mobile browser show the same date, or does the mobile browser data match what you see on your computer? Based on what others are saying, data viewed via a browser is more accurate than what the app is reporting.
Hey! The browser is saying a day later than the app - it must be a time conversion thing!
I've checked the csv file for June and May, I dispatched everything on time so it hasn't caused a problem...I was probably a 'day early' in fact! (no star seller yet, not pushing for it but was just thinking maybe that's why it hasn't been achieved yet either...)
