Meta Pixel Is Showing Etsy Is Slow On Desktop

The new setup has caused major loading problems, Even Meta Pixel is showing how slow Etsy is to load. Why is this not fixed? I was searching for something today that I needed and I just gave up and went to another site. How many customers are leaving Etsy because it takes forever to load on desktop? I don't understand how Etsy can suggest all these things we should do to improve sales but on Etsy's end they can't even fix the website issues. This is beyond frustrating! Not everyone uses a cell phone to shop! Please fix the desktop problems.

What new setup are you referring to? I'm not having any issues with anything on etsy loading. Have you tried all the usual suggestions like clearing cache, trying another browser etc?

Also, just in case you aren't aware, etsy changed this to a peer to peer support forum a few years ago so it's just us sellers here trying our best to help each other. If you need to reach etsy support you will need to contact them directly through the support ticket system  To open a support ticket just go to shop manager > community & help > Contact us.

It's show up on Meta Pixel. That has nothing to do with clearing cache etc.. I don't need to reach support because they don't know anything about the new Google Analytics 4. 

This all started with the Etsy revamp. It's a desktop problem with them and Google Analytics 4

I don't use the new mobile app lol. I'm on my desktop most of the time with graphic design so I use it to shop. I'm not having any problems with Meta Pixel or Google Analytics 4 on my shopify site but I have more control to fix issuses that are slowing things down. I have no control over that with Etsy so I have to depend on them to fix these issues. I've messaged them about the Google Analytics 4 and all they did was send me to the Google Analytics 4 link. That doesn't help at all because I have no way to enter Google backend codes into Etsy
